Cochleamycin A
Cochleamycin A showed strong inhibitory activity against tumor cells, with IC50s (μg/mL) of P388, HL60, K562, COL0205 and HT29 cells of 1.6, 14.0, 6.2, 16.5 and 19.1, respectively. Cochleamycin A also has anti-Gram-positive bacteria activity[1].
